I Am Ron Burgundy? Again?

So, I don’t know where the fuck I’ve been but apparently I’m about a week late on the news that there’s going to be a SEQUEL to Anchorman!!! I know this is something they’ve been talking about but in Hollywood people talk about a lot of shit that never pans out. Well, in this case it just so happens that Will Ferrell will be reprising his role as the top-rated anchorman in San Diego (translation: whale’s vagina).

Steve Carrell and Paul Rudd have committed to the sequel but it’s unclear as to who else will be making a return to the Action 4 News Team. Ferrell made the announcement by bursting onto the set of the Conan O’Brien show rocking out with Conan’s band, playing what else? The Jazz Flute of course. After a few pieces of “constructive” criticism towards Conan, Ferrell began the announcement confirming the sequel to the hit comedy.

“I want to announce this to all of our friends in the Americas, Spain, Turkey and the U.K. — including England — that as of 0900 mountain time, Paramount pictures and myself … have come to terms on a sequel to ‘Anchorman,’” Ferrell said as the live studio audience went crazy. “There will be a sequel.”

As for Tits McGee, I believe she’s still on vacation.
